I am a resident of Kendriya Vihar sector-82, Noida. My connection no. is 1 we were having the supply from "Ela Gas agency". Now few weeks ago its closed (we don't know any reason). Now after we kept calling different numbers, (including the customer care, ) for gas booking but every personal is behaving like its our fault. There is another gas agency which is in Kasna ("TOMO Gas), and they kept promising to deliver the gas but still after 21 days they are responding in very rude way. I am seriously looking to take help from "consumer forum" as those people are completely hopeless.
I am shocked to see the professionalism in those people.
is anybody knows where to lodge a written complain please tell me. Thanks.
