dear sir,

we had booked for a refill on 04.03.08 vide number 794 at sainik gas, trichur.we regret to inform you that even after a lapse of forty three days the refill has not been delivered to us .we request you to be good enough to attend the matter and take necessary steps to deliver the cylinder immedietely.please note that both our cylinders are empty and we are experiencing much difficuilty without hte same
