Charging much for a new gas connection than company norms

Hi

i am anurag sharma, from shamli, distt-m.nagar, up has applied a new gas connection in shamli gas services, which is the distributor of indane here.

they are charging 4500/ for this connection, they are forcing me to take gas stove with, and some accesorry also.

i want to know what is exactly prive to new connection.
