Cylinder not received

I have booked my Gas Cylinder on 28th may through SMS. A confirmation was received and booking no. is 11052-4998267.

Till today, Cylinder has not been delivered. When I checked with te delivery man, he said he has received booking details upto 24th May. Though I have approached my agency over phone, but no avail. I tried their 2 given Nos.26020108 and 26029868, but nobody pick up the phone.

As per delivery boy, it will take another 4-5 days for delivery, so, 8-9 days for just delivery the cylinder after booking.

I don't know where to complaint. Please help me
