Refilling service of LPG distributor very poo

I am the consumer or ORAON GAS DISTRIBUTOR, Ranchi, (phone-0651-2201885) with a consumer no. OGD11662, last booking on 12/06/08 no 43. The Area salea Manager is Mr. M.R. Das( phone-0651-2320813.

The refilling service of our distributor is very-very poor, I have run out of the cooking gas four days and calling since then repeatedly but either the phone remain busy or even if its not I do get a good response. Everytime they make stupid excuses and I do not get my cylender refiiled. I wonder if I will ever get it.

Just tell me what are you going to do about this? What step will be taken for consumer harassment? and when the Refill will be supplied?
