Dear sir,
I have my indane gas connection consumer no.58769 in technocrat company in jodhpur. Sir I have booked my cylender 10days before on E-mitra which I have recipt.when I asked about delevery they told me that they are booking refill today and I will get it after15days more and saying that we book cylender after21 dats of early delevery.but ther is no such order.when I contected to area manager and their helpline no., which were published in local news paper but there was too no responce. NOW WHAT TO DO WHOM WE COMPLAIN WHO WILL RESOLVE OUR PROBLEM.It is permanent problem of customers but we have no help neither IOC here nor government.last month too I wrote complaint but there was no effect.but this time pleaseeeeeeeeeee take some ACTION.PLEASEEEEE
