We are a middle class family in Ambattur, Chennai-53 and we rely only on cooking gas to make our daily meals. we have been using Indane connection for almost 15 years and in the recent years the delivery of cylinder has been delayed for more than a month prior after the booking. The gas agency responsible for the delivery does NOT even respond any calls made from us. Even if some of the staff they answer that "it will take a further more week for your delivery" and end the call and never responded again. How many weeks should we wait for getting a cylinder? The name of the gas agency is SRI BALAJI AGENCIES G1, G2-Fortune Classic Apartment, 29, Steadford Hospital Road, Ambattur, Chennai-600 053. Kindly take any stern action against the agency to deliver the cylinders to all the customers as soon as possible.
