I had booked for a cylinder on 29.08.08 and had approached them last week as well but i haven't received it so far. Instead they will not keep the cylinder even a day if our cylinder not finished completly and is requesting me to rebook for it.

I would like to request you to kindly trace if it is their fault and take immediate action.
