Poor customer service

I am a custmer of Indane... on 5th of october a man accompaning a delivery man has rebuked me for not giving extra tips for the pujas. I told him that he is not the usual delivery man amd i would not give him any kind of extra tips for the pujas. The delivery man named munshi obeyed that but the person accompanying him pulling the van rebuked me.i stay at haltu and my distributor is
