The transfer of connection to another station

On account of shifting of my residence from Lalgudi to Cuddalore, I surrendered the equipment and cylinders and got Termination Voucher from your Lalgudi agent. But the agent at Cuddalore is refusing to honour the same and give new connection saying that I should have a Family Ration Card at Cuddalore. I had Family Ration Card at Lalgudy. Naturally it will take a few months to apply for and get new Family Ration Card at the new place i.e. Cuddalore. Till then I can not go without cooking. Please inform me through the e-mail [email protected] whether the stand of your Cuddalore agent is correct. If so, what is my remedy. I am a senior citizen aged about 70 years
