Dear sir,
I am a customer of indane gas distrubutor is Mansarovar indane gas, Mansarovar Jaipur, consumer no. T 31962 have following complaint:-
(1) My gas is not being booking on Phone&mobile since last years. It have to book on Distrubutors showroomonly.
(2) The gas is not suppling at my home, it is to collect at godown of the showroom.
(3) The indane says to collect refill from godown there should be Rs 8 less from the cost.
(4) The change is not available with Godown keeper, therefore, the cost should be in multiple of Rs5,
the extra price credited to welfare fund to lower employee of the distrubutor like uniform, medical etc.
Pleas look into matter as I am very much tired to complaint local authorities.
