I wish to complain against the harrassment i am facing everytime i book a gas cylinder refill from my agency.
i stay at south kolkata.

My card serial no is R -1998.
When i had taken the connection i used to reside at Flat 41, Concord Apartments,
50C Purna Das Road, Kolkata 700029.
Thereafter i have shifted my residence.
My new residential address is : Flat 503,
40A Hindusthan Park.
I had intimated them by an application one and half years back.
They didnot take any action on it.
Neither had they updated this information.
Each time on delivery i used to face immense problem.
On 5.5.09 i again by an application intimated them about the change of address.
I had booked for a refill on 20.6.09.
As i didnot receive the gas cylinder i called them up repeatedly.
They have again come up with the same complaint that my change of address is not registered as yet.
Who do you think is responsible for not upgrading my change of address after so many reminders?
They are a set of very rude people.
We the customers expect good behaviour.
They are just an agency selling your product.
They have no right to misbehave with your customers.
I have taken a indane connetion based on the goodwill of your company.
Few unscrupulous ill behaved people are spoiling that goodwill.
I am registering a complaint against this agency.
Please take note of this complaint and help me out.
