M/s Chirag the distributor of Indane gas at Siliguri is rarely provide telephonic/mobile booking service to its consumer. You will find most of the time the telephones are either engaged or not atended. Similarly the mobile phone for booking through SMS is always kept on switch off mode. Sometimes even if the SMS is delivered the confirmation is not sent to the customer. Date of delivery of cylinder is not mentioned in the delivery slip. The telephone nos. and mobile nos of the distributor is mentioned below. It can be tested any time for confirmation of my complaint.
