Dear Sir,
I am Holding Indane Gas under consumer No. 27303 in the name of SMT Neelam. I Booked gas through WEB on 08-September-11 my reference no. 2749554 and IOCL Booking NO. is 5833. After one week my cashmemo generated under no.10797 dt 15-Sep-11. Still after 15 days from the date of booking the cylander was not delevered.
Sir, in the earlier booking I got my cylander after 14 Days. I booked on 04th August-11 and i got delivery of the cylander on 17th of August-11. Every time i am getting my cylander after 15 days, its very-very painfull for me. Due to delaying in delivery of the gas cylander, I have to buy a cylander from black market its costs me too much, because I have to cook food for my little childrens.
You are requested to please look in to this metter and take a strong action. My Ddistributer details are given bellow.
