Refiiling of gas cylinder

Sir,

I am a consumer of Vikram gas Agency West Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi. The telephone numbers of this agency remains out of order or busy. No one pick up the calls for booking of gas cylinder. Last month (April) I booked my gas cylinder thrgh 24 hrs booking no.1260.I was given registration no.2 but till this date no cylinder was provided. However later on I personally booked the cylinder. The Weight of the cylinder is also remained 4 to 6 kg less.

Today again I have booked the gas on 1260 with booking No.3. Please check whether the cylinder is delivered with this booking number or not? If not so than what is the use of this 24 hrs booking No.
