During the month Nov/Dec 07 I have applied for Passport for my wife Mrs. Pramila Rawal. Her File Reference No. is JPR-G000067-08. During January 08 we hv received letter from PP office to furnish fresh application WHICH WE HAVE SEND THROUGH REGD. POST. Today while viewing the status on the net, in the status window it is again displaying "Furnish form No.1 (fresh) duly completed in all respect with photographs affixed in the boxes given in the form and signed by you" we want to confirm whether we have to make one more fresh application or not? I have tried several times to contact PP office but no response / nobody lifts the phone
