A ticket was purchased in Raigarh (C.G.) on 16.04.2009 for a journey from Bondamunda to Gwalior on 15.06.2009. When we requested the deputy station manager of Raigarh (c.g.)on 09.06.2009 to change the boarding point from bondamunda to raigarh, he allowed the change but the Reservation Office refused the request saying that there are no such rules regarding such changes.
So, i kindly request you to resolve the matter at an earliest as the ticket was purchased in raigarh and the request for change was also made at the same station.i am providing the pnr no. and the ticket no. for your reference.
