Parking fees

Dear Sir,

I have been parking my vehicle at Trivandrum central railway station regularly for the last 4 months or so. There is provision for monthly pass for vehicles parked on daily basis. Even there is seperate parking space for those Vehicles

I asked the same to the contractor but he denied the same stating there is no longer provision for monthly pass.

But i feel he is cheating the consumers & thereby extracting huge profits. Kindly help
