1. TRAIN NO 4005 (LICHCHAVI EXPRESS) is regularly running late. One or two hrs delay is OK but it was observed by me that regularly train was delay by 5 yrs to 12 hrs while reaching its destination New Delhi. The inconvenience faced by passengers can be easily understood. Regular vast wastage of precious manhours due to negligence of Indian Railway is nowhere accountable, why. I would like to know following on the subject from concerned Railway authorities :
(a) How many times Train No 4005 had reached its final destination (New Delhi) late by 5 hrs or more during calender year 2009 and current year 2010.
(b) What were the reasons for regular running late.
(b) What are the corrective measures/actions had been taken to improve the situation.
(c) Disciplinary actions taken on the staff responsible in this regard, if any.
(d) Any future plan to improve the situation.
