Seat number not available in train

My uncle had done online booking from my travelling Dader to Banglore in train no 6529 (Udyan Express) having Transction Id 0239042160 and PNR NO : 8245909648 For that booking in 2A and ticket no A2 43 / 44 / 47 /48 but in train 46 is the last seat no so in their travelling they not get seat which is cheating even T.C. not give proper response and not give complain book to them
