Got Wrong Product Two Times from ITBC

I am Ashish and my India Today Book Club membership number is - ITBC10321218 I have Booked Reebok Track suit L Size on 10th MAR which was priced 1399 on ITBC with Reebok watch free gift as first purchas.

on 29th April i got my delivery but i didnt get my free gift with that and also i got track suit of size XL i called ITBC and told them about this so they told me online booking shows XL size so we sent that but if you wanna L size please sent back that parcel.

I sent back that parcel and also sent them courier slip scan copy, i got two three calls from ITBS before dispatching shipment regarding my size and on 3rd of june i got my shipment which was again XL size. I called ITBC and informed about that they again apologize and told me to sent it back to them. i sent back that shipment on 8th June and as per courier company they delivered that on 12th of June. when i inquired about my shipment they said they didnt get and asked for POD, i got POD from courier company and then sent to them but again they told there is no seal of ITBC on POD so we cann t accept it and told me to talk to courier company. i talked to courier company they said they have only this document, i asked them to give that in written and they sent me mail regarding that. i forward that mail to ITBC and also talked to ITBC customer care supervisor Mr. Kapil, this whole process took around 2 months and approx 15th Aug i sent all my communication with courier company, their written confirmation of delivery which asked by ITBC and since then i am calling ITBC

And getting the same answer we are trying it will resolve soon. now whenever i called nad talk to Mr. Kapil he said now thing cleared from his side and pending with other deptt., Same answer i am listening since 3 months but nothing happen

Please do some thing, I have called hundredths of times to them and wasting more and more money to call them, whatever discount they have given me they balanced that by doing this KAND.
