Telephone- land line, dead snce 7 days

Our telephone- 25444362 is dead since last 7 days. repeated efforts tobook compliant over telephone

numbers 25449999, 25442198 has failed as no body is picking up the receiver. Once i could get the connected to automatic compliant recording. But after the compliant was lodged I did not get docket number (as it used to be earlier for follow up).

Pl repair the telephone immediately.
