Date of Birth (DOB) mistak in PAN Card

Dear Sir / Madam

I have not received my pan card with Appl No.702301094 submited on 29th November with Coupon No 022174652 & PAN No. ALBPG5899D.

Mistak in the PAN is in DOB that is wrong i.e. 21 May 1973

I want to correct it as 21 May 1974

we already send correction form early two times. above mention the coupon is last

but till date either I cann't received any PAN card or any information via email

and also at ur web site when we input my PAN no then it display "quary is not found"

so i again request u to please send me my PAN as early as possible.
