Eg non receipt of pan card

I was issued pan card bearing no. AEDPC6229C. Since spelling of my name was not correct, i have returned pan card to issuing compay namenly utsil, mumbai for preparation of fresh card. but even after lapse of 8 month i have not received the same. I am facing lot of problems. Please look into the matter and provide my pan card.
