Maintainance for the society

Dear sir

I myself Hitesh Bhatt put a complain against my society chairman that he is not taking the maintanace amount as per rule and behaving rudly to us and instead of the regular society maintanance Rs.220 he is asking for 320 as though i have asked him the reason he is not sure and not willing to tell me the truth about societies maintanance and behaving rudly that he will lay me to the court and will punish me if i have not follow his rules

he also said me to do what ever he say else it will not good for me and he will laps my propery my house and cut down the water power and gutter connections

sir my question is what can I do further?

pls help me...
