My id unaccessible

The above mentioned is my mail id, for the past couple of weeks my id is unaccesible. i thought it was server problem, and then i realise that it was not server problem, my another id of yahoo is accessible.

so kindly look in to this problem and clear it as soon as possible.

this id i used for my official purpose. so clear this problem as soon as u can.
