Non refund of Surrendered Ticket

I have purchased E ticket for the journey from Bangalore to Managalore. Due to Bus failure I could

not reach the distination in time. I have surrender the unused tickets at Ticket surrender office

at bangalore and they have issued a certificate which has been sent to GB IRCTC Park town Chennai

on 30 12 2008. Total four tickets. So for no amount is refunded. Details of the tickets as follows.
