i had hired services of maid Services run by Dr manju Agarwal. i had paid Rs 3000 for registration on 30th jan. The maid was provided by them on 15th Feb to 1st June. Thereafter she left the services. i wrote to maid services on no of times and sent six emails and called them at least 50 times and followed up for the services. they did not send anybody. in jan i called them and informed them that it was almost 8 months and that they had not sent a replacement and also sent a mail. no response. as per the terms they had to provide services for one year. they have provided me services for three months only and never respond to your calls. now i had called them in may and infomred them they are yet to provide me services for nine months. they informed me that the valkidity is over and i have to apply for fresh registration. this is clear case of cheating and deficency of serivces. i had paid 3000 for one year whereas they have provided me for only three months. am i not entiled to utilise their services for balance nine months or in the alternative for refund of money.
i want to sue them for deficency of services and to stop them for duping people. i have seen lot of their complaints on the website. i want the forum to initiate strict action against them.
