Application filed (grivance type) with UTI TSL for duplicate pan card on 28 March vide application No.704044555 Fee No.032674341 - PAN NO.APPPS7431F - received a letter from UTI TSL stating father's name mis matched with original application.(Father"s Name: PUTHAN HOUSE VELAYUDHAN NAIR in original application - by mistake in grivence application mentioned as P.VELAYUDHAN NAIR) Based on the letter, the copy of 49 application (NINE YEARS OLD) sent to UTI TSL and asked them to send the PAN CARD based on the reference given but so far not response from them. Hence, you may verify and arrange to send the same at the earliest.
