Non delivery of PAN Card

Dear Sir,

I was issued PAN Card No AMQPA2234C dt 21.10.2008.

When the card reached my address I was not available to receive the same.

It was returned to the sender.

Kindly let me know the fate of the card.

Can you send it to my address once again?
