I am a user of BSNL (Sim) and my number is 9456242786. It has become a common features of BSNL service provider that they deduct call charges even if you tried to contact someone within the country or outside. On 1st August at 20:56 pm I tried to contact my cousin in Saudi Arabia, the bell was going on but he did not attend my call perhaps he was busy elsewhere, I disconnected it without communication and very soon I saw that Rs. 24/ (twenty four only) was deducted from balance amount. This had not happen for the first time I had experienced it a number of times for which I have met SDO Mobile Aligarh with written complain and sometimes I lodged my complaint verbally but it was of no use. Even today morning, August 9 at 8:17 am I tried to contact a local, he did not attend my call and immediately 90 paise was deducted from my balance. This is most disgusting, the Department of Telecommunication is requested to look into the matter.
