Internet banking not activated & no email received yet

Internet banking registration

Hi,

I registered for internet banking on 23rd July and submitted my all documents to one of the branches of IOB. But still this is not activated and I have not received any mail or sms. I approached your branch to make query. But to my surprise there was no satisfactory reply from the branch. I had done it for neccessery. Please check this matter as soon as possible, otherwise I will withdraw all my savings a/c, fixed a/c and reccurings.
