NOT RECIEVED PAN CARD YET

Dear Sir,

I had applied for PAN Card and PAN No. has been isuued to me as BHAPK4272L. As per information recieved on our mobile the same has been dispatched through Logistic Express Courier, but still it has not been recieved by me. Kindly look into the matter and request you to despatch my PAN Card immediately over my communucating address as given in my application form.
