With reference to my mail below, I am terribly sorry to intimate you again that I have not yet received the ORIGINAL POLICY BOND so far, though I have received a duplicate one on 31.08.09 through a courier service.
Now, this is not at all understandable to me, if a courier can deliver a duplicate one then why not the ORIGINAL POLICY bond delivered to me so far???
Your earliest and favorable action and response would be highly appreciable!!!

Therefore, may I request you to look into this matter and arrange to deliver same (at the address mentioned below) on top most priority basis!!
