I had despatched a courier on 22-8-09 from Bangalore to a local address within Bangalore. It was not delivered and as of now I have no information. This happened despite complaining to them about this. Their reply was that they were still finding out. I do nit understand how their web site claims it to have been delivered. The courier Docket is B55541801.
Pl help me to get my courier freight charges back and charges for telling my Bank to stop payment for the cheque I had given.
