Non receipt of refund of NHPC IPO

Dear Sir,

I havebeen alloted 285 shares of NHPC share against my application for 1050 shares through online application through ICICIDIRECT for IPO in my DMAT account IN302902-40911688 / 8500467000 my bank account no. is 018601505043..

Refund of Rs. 27540/- for non allotment has not been received till date though i have received message dated 02/09/09 that refund for Rs. 27540/- has been released.

Kindly give me status of refund.
