Inadequate service after payment of money

I have taken an internet connection from a company called Sakthi Cable Network located at Shop No. 5, Blding No. 5, MMRDA Colony, Near Bhakti Park, wadala. The plan was for three months with unlimited usage. The proprietor is Mr. Jagadishan.

The connection beginning date was August 28 onwards and until now I must have called then atleast 50 times. There have been innumerable occasions when the connection suddenly goes and does not work for many hours. I have repeatedly called them and requested them to terminate my service and refund me the amount due to their very bad service. They sometimes respond to my calls and sometimes do not. They promise to come and check the connection but rarely do. They are not willing to disclose the name of the internet service provider also.

I am thoroughly dissapointed and am looking at taking another connection but am very concerned that service providers as this should be penalised for taking advance moneys and then being totally non-responsive and unhelpful.

I would like to know how to find a solution for this and make sure that they either improve their service or refund my amount paid. Could you please guide me on this.
