Non attending phone during emergency by BSES staff

On 16th April our power was off since 12pm. I was trying to contact the BSES officials and customer care executves for almost one hour to book a complaint. To my surprise no one was lifting the phone. In fact they are lifting but not answering my call. During this peak summer season I was feeling so exhausted and fainted in this scorching heat. This was an individual case (I think 3-4 houses) in the colony. After 4 hours the light came. Please advise your people on duty to be more responsible and to attend the phone calls. People call only in case of emergency. Kindly do the needful not to occur such instances in future. In case of power cut we know the situation. But in isolates cases also please tell them to be more responsible and no to make the citizens to suffer. We are responsible to make the payment of electricity bill on time. So this is my request not to trouble us in future.
