Regarding BSNL Internet connection

Sir,

We have BSNL internet connection in home. It was working properly until May but since June 4 when we are trying to connect the internet it was saying Invalid UserName or Password. But we have given correct UserName oNly. Could you please come to our address and rectify the problem. My address is given below
