Non receipt of Pan Card

Dear Sir

I have applied for pan card in march 08 and my DOB is 01-10-1984. But till now i have not received the same. I sent so many emails and through net i got only my pan no. i.e. ALPPA0414J. and it is clearly mention in the internet that this had been sent on 4th april 08 but till now i have not acknowledged. So you are kindly requested to sent the same.
