Not recived PAN Card

Dear sir,

I was deposited Rs.67/-alongwith Form 49A and request for new PAN Card in the name of AJAY son of shri ROSHAN LAL R/o 11225/26 Gali Panchu Wali, Opposite MCD Office, Idgah Road Motia Khan, New Delhi-110055 on 31.7.2008 vide Acknowledge Slip No.015700100 - 563501 dated 31.7.2008

Sir, So far I have not recieved any information from your side after lapse 20 days. You are requested kindly to look into my complaint and arrange to send my PAN card at the earliest. I shall be grateful if you could help me at the earliest.
