Poor quality of imorted set top box from china is not working, co service man wants the settop box for repair, I am not ready for that. How one can live without tv? A room without tv in a hotel means No occupancy. Does this management understand? Warranty means door step services. electronic co gives- (service A.C) in case A.C is having some problem. but Dish tv is a DITCH TV.they do not understand customer family problem.
