Issue of duplicate pan card

I have applied for a duplicate pan card 4months back, but since there were discrepanies with regards to fathers name in my original application, I was asked to send proof of correct name of father. I have sent all the papers as per the call centers advice, thrice but till date there is no news about the PAN card
