Income tax database shows incorrect name

Repeated complaints seems to have no effect.

PAN card shows my name as U N AGARWLA HUF

BUT TIN e-payment receipt shows WN AGARWALA HUF

You are asking me to submit the 14/15 digit acknowledgement number.

This demand is really funny.

Somebody commits the mistake in the Income Tax database section and I am told to submit the ackncowledgement number.

Kindly let me know the e-mail ID of DG Systems of the IT Department for complaint.
