Refund of money

Dear Sir,

Mr. Mahipal S. Gohil (Director, Inflite Aviation, Level 15, Eros Corporate Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi, Cell no. 9711131541, email i.D. ) had taken INR 50000 from us for my gauranted placement (written) but he didn`t & now there is no office exist of Inflite aviation in Eros Tower 15th level, nehru place & also he is not picking phone.

Please help me to get my refund.
