I am female and joined this company. It was my biggest mistake of my life. Mr. Ankit Jain is a sex starved maniac. He started hitting on me from day 1. He tried calling me even at midnight, fully drunk and in intoxicated condition. He tried to force himself on to me couple of times but seeing by attitude and strict nature, he was unable to do anything.
This company tells lies to it clients and fools people. They collect money on behalf of CRY and keep more than 50% of it for themselves. How do you feel thinking that you have donated Rs. 10000 for good cause but actually not even Rs. 5000 are going through first stage (the person to whom you hand money). I don't know if cry really does some good work or just eats away rest of the money.
Mr. Jain sponsors alcohol party every second day. If you want free drinks that too unlimited, you can surly go ahead and join this company. Females beware! Unlimited drinks = intoxicated condition = sexual assault. After being part of this company for some time, I realised that he is sleeping with few of the female employees. There are 2 types of employees in this company: 1. Unmarried adults who want money at any cost, irrespective of ways and means. 2. Desperate middle age women, who are single, for obvious reasons.
During my stay in company, I was unable to locate a single, decent colleague. There were no married female and gentleman.
