Respected Sir,
Myself Sharadkumaar Popat and I am from Rajkot. I was working with MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. at Rajkot Location for 2 years n 2 months.. I left Metlife on 30th April and after that I started excersice to get back my Provident Fund amount.
As per procedure, after waiting period I submitted my PF withdrawal form to MetLife Head Office Banagalore on 1st October duly filled and signed. I got mail from HR - MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. Bangalore that my pf withdrawal form sent to RPFC Bangalore on 1st December. They sent me acknowledgement too with stamp n signature from RPFO Bangalore.
I inquire about my claim through mail to [email protected] to know my claim status but after 4 to 5 mails I didnt got reply from there. I checked my claim status online too and its indicate that my claim received to RPFO Bangalore on 2nd December and still is in under process.. I attached copy of that message herewith for your kind reference.
I would like to ask you why this is??? where to go for this..
As per EMPLOYEE'S PROVIDENT FUND & MISC. ACT 1952, PROVIDENT FUND OFFICE MUST HAVE TO CLEAR ANY CLAIM WITHIN 30 DAYS TIME LIMIT.
This is my humble request to release my claim within short time. If I will not get any proper reply from yourside.
Kindly do needful at your end as soon as possible.. Reply me whts the current status of my claim and how much time it would take???
