Booting Problem

After display intel logo page no disply. when we go to bios setup by pressing F2 it going to setup utility, after saving bios by pressing F10 the problem same. Bios setup utility is working but give booting problem from any device (SATA HDD and SATA DVDRW and normal HDD and DVDRW).
