My (TArun Mandavia) mother board # DG33FB part # BTFB740000BG AA D81072 – 305 was send by me to Intel Chennai service centre via courier and after 13 day I got my board return to me because as per Intel say physical damages. The problem was no power coming on board. they refuse to give service because board was damage at the keyboard mouse socket age and so I have contact Intel about this and tell them at lest give repair service but they doesn’t have part of that M/B. so tell me what to do. Because I have given new board to my client already.

That board was physical damaged by transportation only. And who has suffered by this I am I given new mother board to my customer For my firm reputation.

So please help me because that board was purchased by me at Rs.5000/-.
