mother board is not working and that is in warranty period

intel motherboard board- AA D97573-203 BTPR736009LC is faulty, having 3 years warrenty which i bought on. SO PLEASE EITHER REPAIR IT OR REPLACE IT. RS SRINIVASAN PH 9444306332 CHENNAI

when i went to dealer, he said go and search a website of intel and file your complaint there, one of there representative will do the needful
